Yours truly in a Jewish newspaper. Not my name, alhamdulillah, but my photograph. I'm not posting the image or the article here... of all the images, why that one?
I'll tell you why, because it's got two Muslim women and two Jewish women in it, yeah and we're smiling and all. I just really didn't like the picture because my hair was coming out of the hijab a bit. (Well, I didn't really have a mirror to keep adjusting and I was moving around a lot so... it slips...) Just some hair in the front but it was unintentional so I was somewhat embarassed by the photograph which is now, yay, being distributed to the entire local Jewish community.
Whoops!
